1. What do I need to do to book at Cake Pastel Company?

Most party cakes can be booked by initiating a request through the website. Click here to book your order.  For wedding cakes, a virtual or in-person consultation is recommended. Click here to review wedding consultation information.

2. How far in advance do I need to order?
 

Wedding cake booking - one month in advance
Special occasion cake booking - two weeks in advance

3. What payment methods are accepted?
 

Venmo, cash or check.

4. How does payment work?
     

Wedding cake orders

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 reserves your event date. Any deposit will be applied towards the total amount of your purchase. The first half of the payment is due two weeks before the event and the remaining balance is due the day prior to the event. You are welcome to pay in full upfront at booking.

 

Celebration cake orders
Payment will be requested at pick up/delivery time 

 

5. Do I need to pick up my order?

It is recommended to have wedding cakes and multi-tiered special occasion cakes delivered, as it is the best way to ensure your cake arrives in good condition. You are welcome to pick up your cake at the Provo location but Cake Pastel Company will not be liable for any damage. Below you will find the pricing for delivery:

6. Can I request a flavor that is not on the menu?

You can request a different flavor combination that is not on the menu and I will make it happen. However, additional charges may apply.
